A clear view of Ironly
What the app does, what it doesn’t do, and how to get support.
What Ironly tracks
Ironly lets you log foods and estimated iron amounts, see daily and average totals, create custom foods, track mood and symptoms, add past-date entries, build a streak, and compare trends over time.
Ironly is a wellness tracker—not medical advice, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional care. Iron values are estimates based on visual portions, built-in data, and USDA data. The app does not set intake targets.
Frequently asked questions
Does Ironly count calories?
No. Ironly is focused on iron and intentionally avoids calorie totals, weight goals, and diet scoring.
Do I need to read food labels?
No. Choose a food and a visual portion; Ironly provides an estimated iron amount. Estimates are not exact.
Can Ironly diagnose anemia or iron deficiency?
No. Only a qualified healthcare professional can diagnose or treat a medical condition. Ironly can organize information you may choose to discuss with them.
Where does food information come from?
Ironly uses its built-in food list and may send a food search term—without personal or account information—to the USDA FoodData Central API.
Is Ironly free?
Yes. Ironly is free and available for iPhone through Apple’s App Store.
Can I delete my data?
You can delete individual entries in the app. For complete account and data deletion, use the support contact below. Update this answer if an in-app deletion flow is added.
